In this project, we had to create a creature and illustrate it and a cross section of its internal system. I find mushrooms and the system of mycelium very interesting, so I based by creature off of it. I also took inspiration from Jim Henson’s film, The Dark Crystal, and Brian Froud’s illustrations.
